As President, Jason Froehlich leads a team of best-in-class mortgage loan officers for HomeServices Lending in the state of Iowa. Through a unique and unparalleled collaboration with our partners at Iowa Realty/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices First Realty, Jason and his team provide our clients a home financing experience that leads the industry in loan production, product/program creativity and customer satisfaction. Jason joined HomeServices Lending in 1999 and has nearly 25 years of home lending originations, processing, underwriting and closing. He has extensive experience and knowledge dealing with FNMA, FHMLC, FHA, VA and USDA loans. Jason is active in several industry organizations and also serves as a board member for Iowa Title Guaranty. Jason holds a BA in Economics from the University of Iowa and is a licensed mortgage loan originator and branch manager. Jason is married to Dee Froehlich and they live in Ankeny with their three children.
